Timothy C. Kamin

Timothy C. Kamin joined the firm in 2001 and works with clients in general labor and employment law matters. He has appeared on behalf of clients in both representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board; in discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and in matters before the Labor Standards, Unemployment Insurance, Worker's Compensation and Equal Rights Divisions of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development; as well as in matters before state and federal courts. He also works with clients to provide preventive training and consulting services to avoid lawsuits and claims. Tim's focus includes helping companies maintain union-free status as well as conducting employer campaigns during union organizing activities. Additionally, Tim represents management in negotiations for collective bargaining agreements and in grievance arbitrations arising under the terms of collective bargaining agreements.

He is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
