M. Pia Torretti Gekas

M. Pia Torretti Gekas joined the firm in 1995. Her practice emphases are in the areas of immigration, where she helps clients obtain temporary and permanent work visas and labor certifications, and OSHA, where she develops Standard Operating Procedures for clients and assists them with compliance and enforcement issues. Pia also drafts drug and alcohol testing policies, handles concerns arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and counsels employers in a wide variety of other general employment matters.

She is admitted to practice in Virginia state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
