Mark A. Johnson

Mark A. Johnson has extensive experience in all aspects of employment and labor law. Mark handles litigation and provides preventive advice on matters such as employment discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, defamation, employment contracts, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, trade secrets, union organizing, unfair labor practice charges, and arbitration. Mark is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics related to litigation and labor and employment law.

Upon graduating from law school, Mark was appointed Law Clerk to the Honorable Louis J. Ceci, Wisconsin Supreme Court for the 1992-93 term.

Mark is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before numerous courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
