Brian M. Radloff

Brian joined the firm in 2003. His practice focuses on employment litigation, labor arbitrations, labor and employment law matters. Brian represents clients before state and federal courts in Wisconsin as well as administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and the National Labor Relations Board. Prior to law school, he was a member of management for a manufacturing operation.

Brian also counsels clients on litigation avoidance techniques and strategies under the array of federal, state and local laws that impact the employment relationship.

He is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
